Clean, spacious rooms with friendly staff. Tasty breakfast,good views. Highly recommended.

The location was awesome. Quiet and calm neighborhood. Also, the caretaker is a very friendly, attentive person. He also arranged an early check-in for us without hesitation when we arrived at Nuwara eliya early in the morning. Also, the breakfast is superb. Finally, we had an amazing experience at the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Country club hotel. It's close to Gregory Lake. The room was very clean. Sabesh was very kind & helpful and made exceptionally tasty breakfast. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Staff is very flexible and cute. It was very cold during my stay, they gave me a heater - it was very nice. Rooms are quite cozy, and the furniture is stylish, thought a little dirty. Also, staff promised me to wash windows?

I don't know why, but there were many mosquitos at night, even with close windows. But you can try to ask a net or fumigator.

Nothing is good about this place, it's very far from city centre.

The caretakers are irresponsible. They won't understand. You have to literally tell all things twice. If we need something we had to come all the way downstairs to collect or ask something . Waste of money. You will not be given toiletries. If asked for they wil say we have provided shampoo and shower gel

Turned up soaking wet after getting caught in the rain. Owner found me a heater and a rack to dry my things. Also ordered a pizza for me. Legend

2 nights stayed at this B&B. We booked 2 rooms, and the rooms were good but pillow's need to be changed, which wasn't clean from inside. Staff are very kind and helpful.The toilet was good, but so many flies came inside through the toilet window and the balcony room. The first day, we had breakfast outside of the hotel, but we paid together with the rooms. because the area had many flies .we decided not to eat there. The area surrounded by nature needs to be treated. I saw other hotels they are treating surroundings to avoid flies and mosquitoes

Little bit far from center,but it’s easy to get by tuktuk.Location is amazing,you can see a lake and fresh air.Room is so clean and comfortable.A owner is so kind and helpful.Free breakfast is more than enough.

Such a kind staff and also smelling good all over the hotel.Near the lake and very nice view on the way to go the hotel.

Unfortunately my bed was broken and when I wanted to use electrical kettle ,I found it so dirty and I asked them to change . Going there by walking is kinda hard .

Very clean, updated, safe, comfortable, bright, and enjoyable room. Slept wonderfully. The gentleman working here is polite, communicative, and welcoming, felt right at home. The fresh local breakfast was delicious! Great start to the day. Definitely recommend staying here!

Loved everything

I had a fantastic experience at this Country Club Nuwaraeliya ! The room was very comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The hot water system worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing shower. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great start to the day. What truly stood out was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Country Club Nuwara Eliya! The hotel is in a peaceful location, just a short drive from Nuwara Eliya town, with beautiful lake views from the top floor perfect for relaxing.The food was excellent! We enjoyed a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast one morning with pol roti, milk rice, and tasty local curries, and a Western breakfast the next day. We loved the fruit platter. For a small extra cost, the staff prepared a delicious traditional mutton curry with other curries for dinner on short notice, which was a real treat!The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The hotel is clean, cozy, and great for couples and families. It’s a perfect place to relax in Nuwara Eliya, and we will definitely come back!

Wery kind Host Sabesh , he prepared us a very good curry and he help us with the lundry . When we need to organised a trip through tea factory he contact us with a very kind driver

the room is good and the staff are very nice and helpful. I like their breakfast, we went to the horton plain very early and they prepared the takeaway breakfast for us, very nice!

Staff are very kind and helpful but I didn't like to stay there. You can't open the balcony window because of so many flies. Even in the toilet window, I advertised them to put net on both windows, even bathroom window. Pillows from inside were not clean and should be changed. Otherwise, it's B&B. I can't say more.

The staff were just great. They prepared our breakfast for take away as we left at 7.15 in the morning.

Location. It was located in a steep street so our vehicle could not get in, which means luggage needs to be carried. Staff are courteous to help us

The stay was simply just awesome. The room had a nice view of the lake Gregory and the Lover's Leap waterfall. It was really spacious, clean and cozy. Location is not too far from the city centre, and walling distance to Lake Gregory. The staff was really friendly and they took every measure to make sure that their clients are comfortable. They actually came to pick up me and mom when it got a bit late and couldn't find our way. We are really grateful that they did so ensuring our safety. When it comes to food, I have no words to describe how delicious it was. We ordered Indian food, we got Idli and Dosa with 3 different side dishes. It was simply delicious and too filling. Despite the cold weather that freeze up the Dosa batter, they made sure to serve piping hot food that fits perfectly with the cold weather. Couldn't forget the milk teas they served us as well.. it had the perfect proportion of tea: milk: sugar.

Rooms are neat and clean.Bed linen and bathroom are clean. Service of Mr. Sabesh is excellent. We wanted Idli Dosa by 7.30 for breakfast and he arranged it with a smiling face.
